Golf Memberships without cart fees, plus tax will be added.
Single w/out cart: $1,035
Couple w/out cart: $1,182
Senior (65+) Single (no cart): $887
Senior (65+) Couple (no cart): $1,064
Super Senior (75+) with cart: $780.
Super Senior (75+) Couple-with cart: $940.
League/Team pay up front: $1200/team = $300 to $350 per member (12 x $25) plus $25 for playoffs and fun

No outside carts allowed except Valley Estates residents.
Single Cart Member: $590
Couple Cart Member: $710
Single Senior (65+) Cart Member: $473
Senior (65+) Cart Couple: $578
Valley Estates Trail Fee: $385 (Must live on course No other outside carts)
There is a limit of 1 cart for two players and 2 carts for a foursome. Additional cart fees apply beyond these limits.
Add 5.5% Sales Tax to All of the Above.
There is a 2.75% service charge on all transactions.
